Description
Pop all the lurky, swimming one-eyed fishes! Pop-pop is a relaxing and simple shooter for the Playdate console.
Controls:
Bubbles with a "?" mark in them gives you either a rocket, an extra life or some extra score
Special weapons:
* Rocket - when you get a rocket a little icon will appear beneath your health bar indicating how many rockets you got left. Shot a rocket with A button or with the down button.
* Bouncing projectiles - You will hear a "clink" sound when you get the bouncing projectiles. This will cause your projectiles to bounce off of the walls twice, allowing the shoots you missed to hit something!
Leaderboard:
You can now (from version 1.6) post your highscore to an online-leaderboard.When you die, the game will present you with an option to post your score. Just scan the QR-code with your phone to get to the leaderboard webpage (http://jimmiejohnsson84.me/highscore.php) and enter your name plus the code displayed in the "post highscore menu" to enter your highscore to the leaderboard.
Bosses:
Fear the mighty blowfish!This guy will shoot spikes at you and has a lethal pounce attack - during the pounce, the blowfish is immune to damage and will only get more enraged if you shoot at him so best avoid it!
